It is also a framed structure where the total building load act on beams & columns. All modern house construction is coming under the B-class construction category.
C – class house construction – This is a simple & basic type of house construction. It is not a framed structure construction. Consider the maximum rate of paint 12/-sqft

Total cost of plumbing materials – 10,000 + 11,000 + 42,000 = Rs.63,000/-
Labor cost for plumbing – Rs.20/-sqft
So, the total labor cost of plumbing for 1000sqft Approx – Rs.18,000/-
So, Total Cost of plumbing (M+L) – 63,000 + 18,000 = Rs.81,000/-
6). Electrical Works
Electrical materials Cost Approx – Rs.30,000/-

2nd cost for switches, lights, fans, Mcb, led approx – Rs.45,000/-
Total materials cost for electrical works – 30,000 + 45,000 = Rs.75,000/-
Electrical works labor cost Approx – Rs.15 to 20/-sqft
